Model 1 – Bosch Tassimo TAS1000UC
At the touch of a button this automatically makes not just a single serving of coffee but allows you by putting in the relevant capsules to make tea or hot chocolate with it. Each of the capsules referred to as Tassimo Discs contain the measured amount of the coffee and are then sealed to ensure that the flavours are retained as much as possible. Once you insert into the machine it reads the barcode on the disc and so is able to identify quickly exactly what sort of drink it is required to make and will adjust the brewing time to ensure that the right temperature is reached and the right of amount of water is used. However, you can if you wish interrupt the brewing cycle to enable you to customize the strength of the drink to your particular tastes.
Model 2 – Nescafe Dolce Gusto
This is probably one of the most easily recognizable of all the single serve coffee makers on the market today. Again as with all the makes and models mentioned in this article it requires you to insert the relevant pre ground pre sealed capsule into the machine to make the coffee you want. But with this machine there is a lever on the front that allows you to determine how strong tasting your coffee will be. Plus it allows you to not only make hot drinks but cold ones as well.
Model 3 – Nespresso C100 US Aero Essenza
This single serve coffee maker comes with a unique system to extract the oils from the coffee grounds in the capsules like no others. Once inserted the capsules will be perforated and the coffee grounds are then soaked to ensure that it is filtered to its optimum levels. Then the power of the 19 bar pump is able to extract more of the aroma from the grounds so ensuring that the coffee has more body and also ensures that each cup come with a smooth delicious creamy layer (crema) on top.
